This project uses high-resolution GPS tracking to uncover the migration routes, stopover sites, and wintering grounds of the Common Snipe, a widespread wetland bird experiencing significant population declines across Europe. The findings will help scientists better understand the combined impacts of climate change and human activities, supporting more effective conservation strategies across the species' annual cycle.
