Tereza Van Malderen nominated as member of VGP Foundation’s Board of Directors

Antwerp, Belgium. May 12, 2020: The VGP Foundation, a registered Belgian private foundation founded by VGP today announced the nomination of Tereza VanMalderen as a new member to its Board of Directors.

Tereza Van Malderen graduated from the Academy of Art in Prague and spent afterwards more than 20 years engaging in the world of art on many different levels. “I feel very honoured to have the possibility to become a part of this wonderful project,” stated TerezaVan Malderen. „There is no doubt that the protection of our environment, cultural heritage, and education are truly the pillars of making this world a better place.”

Jan Van Geet, Director of the VGP Foundation, said: “We are very pleased to have Tereza Van Malderen join the board of the VGP Foundation. I have known her and her family for many years as being involved in several different charitable projects nationally as well as internationally and her experience will, therefore, be very valuable for our board, especially in the domain of cultural heritage.”

Jan Van Geet added: “Together with Olaf Tschimpke and Anne de Paepe, our board now consists of 4
members which gives a quorum to start making decisions on the selection of our initial charitable projects.”
